Music Therapy has changed my daughter's life in ways
I never thought possible. Amanda has been working with my daughter for almost
6 years now and she has helped her develop socially, physically, and educationally.

Amanda Klinger has worked with my son for three years. During that time
he has made amazing progress. On more than one occasion, he has been belligerent
and resistive to instruction. Amanda is patient and quick to tap into his
interests to regain his focus. Through music he has learned other academic
skills such as alphabet sounds and number recognition. Amanda encourages
language by encouraging my son to make up his own song lyrics. His one hour
of music therapy per week, is his best hour of therapy.

Undoubtly, the consistent early intervention of Music Therapy combined with
Ms Amanda's knowledge and talent has had the most impact on our son. Ms
Amanda integrated MT with Speech (following directions with a rhythm), Occupational
Therapy (manipulating instruments with visuals), and Physical Therapy (
Ms Amanda was the first to discover that he had low muscle tone in his upper
extremities. She used strengthening exercises and deep pressure to calm
his sensory system before MT.) In addition, Ms Amanda listened to our concerns
as parents . If our son was having a bad day, she was flexible and adjusted
her session to work with his goals. We are forever grateful to Ms Amanda
for her professionalism and her assistance in our son losing his autism
diagnosis.
